This is a slightly delicate operation that needs a bit of practice to get right. Wet a soft cleaning cloth and wipe it across the vinyl to rid the material of dust and dirt. Firstly sprinkle clean water to damp cloth. Then hold the steamer nozzle at a distance of 1 to inches from the vinyl banner.
